About me

My path into UX design hasn’t been linear – but it’s always been creative.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved making things. As a kid, I was constantly drawing, painting, and sculpting. In my teens, I shifted into music, and later found myself creating in the digital space, illustrating, designing logos, and exploring graphic design. Along the way, I even got into miniature painting and worked in customer service, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping people.

One of my favorite workplaces was Gear4music, where I helped both beginners and experienced musicians, from their very first guitar to advanced PA setups. It taught me how to listen, communicate clearly, and truly understand people’s needs.

When I first heard about UX design, it just clicked. I’d been thinking about what works, and what doesn’t – in digital experiences for years without knowing it was an actual profession. UX felt like the perfect fit: a way to combine my love for creativity and technology with my desire to design for real people.

I’m currently finishing a two-year UX design program, where I’ve developed skills in research, prototyping, and UI design. I get a burst of energy every time I sit down with a new project, ready to explore user needs and build thoughtful, human-centered solutions.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to explore even more areas of UX – especially in the world of games, which has always fascinated me and been my interest. I know this is just the beginning of the journey, and I’m eager to keep learning and growing in the world of user experience.

Experience

During my internship at Third Act, I worked with UX design for two internal systems: Viking and Speedbox. I improved navigation, information architecture, and accessibility, and designed user views and UI components in Figma. The work included prototyping, UX reviews, and collaboration with designers and stakeholders.

During my internship at PowerMate, I worked on designing and developing the company’s website as well as a discussion forum for electric vehicle users. I created wireframes and UI for the landing page, news section, a CMS-like admin system, and a user forum – including both desktop and mobile versions. The work was carried out in agile sprints and included research, user-centered design, responsive layout, and visual design aligned with the company’s style guide. I collaborated with developers, a communications specialist, and the product owner, and delivered final prototypes in Figma.

Education

EC Utbildning UX-Design

August 2023 – Mars 2025

EC-Utbildningen is a university specializing in IT and technology. My longstanding passion for graphic design led me to discover Ux-Design through a friend, and it seemed like a fitting direction for my interests. With the skills and insights gained from my studies at EC-Utbildningen, I am now aspiring to contribute meaningfully as a UX designer. My passion lies in crafting interfaces and interactions that are not only technically efficient but also aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Designgymnasiet (Kungsholmen) - Graphic Design

August 2018 - June 2021

I enrolled in the aesthetic program, specializing in graphic illustration, at the Design High School on Kungsholmen. This program provides extensive insights into visual perception and the various ways one can influence people through layout, positioning, color, and shape. The curriculum includes mastering Adobe programs and exploring creative mediums like acrylic paint, watercolor, oil paint, clay, and various molding materials. This education has equipped me with the knowledge of how advertising can impact individuals and how to construct an image to evoke specific reactions.
